Fruit preserves and Cheeses, when opposites attract!

It’s not just a passing trend that has brought for the last years, on many house tabletops, as well as in many trandy restaurants, pairings with Cheeses and fruit preserves. There are many scientific reasons to validate a combination that may seem strange if you just hear it, but that surprises the palate with a perfect balance when you taste it.

The milky and acid flavor of cheeses, both fresh or aged, fits perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit, especially if preserved!

If you love strong flavors, make sure you try the combination of blue cheeses, like Gorgonzola DOP, and our Figs preserve, produced with only fresh fruit and sugar in the least amount possible!
