Have you changed your mind?

If once you have made your purchase you change your mind, you have 10 days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods to let us know.

How much do I receive a refund?

We will refund the amounts paid within 30 days of receiving the goods returned, once the integrity of the same has been verified.

The refund will be net of the shipping costs incurred, while the shipping for the return of the goods will be at your expense.

You can return the goods with the method you prefer, we recommend the use of a national freight forwarder with tracking of the shipment in order to guarantee a timely re-delivery and intact.
