Pure Stagioni is a brand new food concept, wich debuted at Salone del Gusto 2014 in Turin. It’s a preserve produced with local fruit, by now in a laboratory in Perugia, but “as soon as our laboratory will be ready we will move production to Tuscany”
The aim is to develop a local short chain, although it is not simple. But this is not the only news. Pure Stagioni brings big news to the fruit preserve world: they show the vintage as for wine, or a whiskey or a balsamic vinegar, as for many niche products, rare and expensive.
