PRODUCTION PERIOD: This jam is produced in summer immediately after the harvest in order to keep intact the organoleptic qualities of the fruit 

ORIGIN OF THE FRUIT: I fruits used for apricot jam are 100% Italian 

INGREDIENTS PER 100g: Apricots 112g and sugar 

FLAVOR: The Pure Stagioni Apricot jam has a creamy consistency, has a warm and intense taste with a slightly sour final note. Apricot has health benefits thanks to its antioxidant properties, it contains fiber, a good amount of iron, improves the health of our skin 

SPECIAL FEATURES: The strength of Pure Stagioni jams and marmalades lies in being made with only 2 ingredients, fruit and sugar, no pectins or artificial preservatives. 

Fruit is the master with a minimum percentage that never drops below 95% and with sugar that is added in the minimum quantity necessary to guarantee the preservation of the product 

PAIRING: The Apricot jam is perfect to spread on slices of toasted bread, but also in combination with fresh pears to prepare excellent baked pies
