ORIGIN OF THE FRUIT: The fruits used for the lemon jam are 100% Italian

INGREDIENTS per 100g: Lemons 52g and sugar 

FLAVOR: Pure Stagioni lemon jam sweet and bitter at the same time, preserves the lemon flavor and is an excellent variant for a healthy and regenerating breakfast: it contains vitamin C, mineral salts, iron, calcium phosphorus and other important vitamins.

SPECIAL FEATURES: The strength of Pure Stagioni jams and marmalades lies in being made with only 2 ingredients, fruit and sugar, no pectins or artificial preservatives.

The fruit is the master with a minimum percentage that never drops below 95% and with z sugar which is added in the minimum quantity necessary to guarantee the preservation of the product

PAIRING: Lemon jam is perfect for both filling sweets and tarts and as an accompaniment to aged cheeses and spicy or to prepare sauces for roasting in combination with brandy
